Complaints and Reports

The main objective of participatory planning is to improve programming through the technical knowledge and information supplied by external stakeholders. This makes it possible to receive proposals concerning the entities and programmes to be audited, or citizens’ complaints drawing attention to fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement of public funds or suspected irregularities within public bodies. Such matters may potentially be incorporated into the annual audit plan, which is determined collegially and in complete independence by the members of the Court according to objective criteria.
This contribution mechanism can help direct the planning process towards sectors where inappropriate activities have been detected and thus guide the audit programme so that it better reflects society’s needs.

To send us your complaints or alert us to matters concerning the management of public funds, please complete the attached online form. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate person and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
