In application of Organic Law No. 2016-22 of 24 March 2016 on the right of access to information, the Court of Audit makes information and administrative documents that are freely accessible available to the public on its website.
This measure granting access to administrative documents gives effect to the policy of transparency and respects the right of every natural and legal person to access data and documents held by public services.
Other unprotected administrative documents may also be accessed by submitting a written request using the form designed for this purpose.
