As part of developing the Court of Accounts’ tools for monitoring the implementation of its strategic and operational plans, and seeking to learn from comparative experience in this field, the team responsible for monitoring implementation of operational plans and preparing the annual reporting document held a working meeting on 22 April 2026 with representatives of the Libyan Audit Bureau and the General Secretariat of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI), at the Secretariat’s headquarters.
The meeting was devoted to presenting the Libyan Audit Bureau’s experience in designing and establishing a digital platform for ARABOSAI to manage and monitor implementation of its strategic plan and its various operational plans.
It also provided an opportunity to explore possible cooperation between the Tunisian Court of Accounts and the Libyan Audit Bureau in modernising working tools and digitising strategic management, with a view to improving institutional effectiveness.
